Step away from the everyday and immerse yourself in a weekend of community, connection, and renewal! Our 2-day retreat is designed to bring us together in a beautiful setting, surrounded by enchanting nature, where we can reflect, recharge and deepen our bonds with one another.
With a mix of engaging activities, meaningful discussions, moments of relaxation and quality time in the company of family and fellow members (both old and new), this is an experience you won’t want to miss!

Here’s a sneak peek of what our two days together will look like—all optional activities:

Whether you’re a new or a longtime member, or have never been to a WES retreat, the weekend promises to be filled with warmth, laughter, and invaluable opportunities to strengthen your sense of belonging to WES.
YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- Delicious kosher food! Enjoy a total of 6 meals:
◦Dinner on Friday;
◦Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday;
◦Breakfast and to-go lunch on Sunday. - Two nights in double-occupancy rooms, with private bathrooms (single rooms are available at a higher rate).
ACCOMMODATIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS:
- Individual dietary needs and allergies requests can be informed in the registration form.
- A dedicated golf cart will be available to help transport attendees with mobility issues to different venues around the campgrounds.
- There are 3 hospitals within a half hour drive; and urgent care within a 10 minute drive.
All-inclusive pricing for the entire weekend (barely touched by inflation!):
- INDIVIDUAL - 1 adult, sharing a double room with another individual: $360 (each adult)
- INDIVIDUAL - 1 adult, single room (not sharing a room): $460
- COUPLE - 2 adults (in the same room) with no kids/teens: $720
- FAMILY - Special pricing! Please check the registration form.
If you need financial aid, please reach out to either the Treasurer, Daniel Kligerman, or the Retreat Committee Chair, Alfred Redd. If financial aid is granted, you will receive a discount code to be used on the retreat registration form. Please note:
- Cost should never be a barrier to participation.
- All requests for financial aid will be handled confidentially.
- Payment plans are available.
Are you a retreat first-timer?
As an incentive, you’re eligible for a special discount during the registration process.
The site is roughly 110 miles from WES, or approx. 2 hours by car (but usually somewhat longer during rush hour on Fridays).
Whether you have room in your car or need a ride, the registration form lets you indicate your situation. The Retreat Committee will coordinate rides, matching available seats with attendees in need of transportation.
If you prefer, public transportation and taxi/Uber are also options.
