A five-session class on Sacred Objects in Judaism, led by member, Susan Schorr.

The Jewish sacred objects around us: how did each evolve over millennia, and what age-old and modern processes join today to create them?  This class will look at the history, religious underpinnings, physical craftsmanship, and beauty of the objects we use and see weekly (and sometimes annually) yet may have taken for granted and not really seen.

Attend as many classes as you like. Each is a "stand-alone" class.
