Join us for an evening of enlightenment, spiritual sustenance and community. Each year, West End Synagogue recognizes the holiday of Shavuot—commemorating when Moses gave the Torah at Sinai—through a traditional evening of learning, questioning, and ice cream sundaes (BYO Lactaid!). This year our celebration of revelation is the perfect time to consider the unexpected, transformative moments that shake us, awaken us, and connect us more deeply to the divine, to others, and to ourselves. Through the study of text and opportunities for dialogue, we’ll uncover how revelation often arrives with—wait for it—surprise!
