Our B Mitzvah project is all about Bees! We chose this project as a B Mitzvah cohort after discussing what we are passionate about. Bees are an endangered species that are essential to ecosystems and pollinate lots of produce that we regularly eat. We decided to support The Bee Conservancy, an organization that seeks to aid all bees. To help us support the bees, you can order ethically-produced honey from us, and pick it up at Erev Rosh Hashanah services just in time for the holiday! The proceeds will be donated to West End and The Bee Conservancy.
