Executive Director, Lila Pahl

Lila joined the West End Synagogue staff as Executive Director in July 2003. Previously,
she served at Temple Israel of Great Neck and North Shore Jewish Center in Port Jefferson, NY.

Lila holds a Master’s degree from Brooklyn College and is a graduate of the Workman’s Circle Mittleshul.
She is a member of NAASE (North American Association of Synagogue Executives) and Metro ASE (Metropolitan Association for Synagogue Executives).

Katherine Cleary, Administrative Assistant 

Katherine Cleary has been West End Synagogue’s Administrative Assistant since February 2010.
She has administrative experience at both corporate and retail levels and is an integral member of the office
team.
