Tel-Aviv celebrates its 100th year. The 3rd annual 'white night' to celebrate its UNESCO status as a World Heritage Site. Over 800 events through the night. It is celebrated back-to-back with Tikkun Leil-Shavuot 'white-night' .

Noteworthy

Ittai Hershman’s father, Moshe, grew up in Tel-Aviv in the 1930’s and 1940’s. During Israel’s War of Independence he served as an army photojournalist and then, in the early 1950’s as a freelancer for several newspapers. Ittai has posted a set of his circa 1948 photographs on facebook. click the photo or here.
